Penguin Punch Art Treat and Weekly Deals (Dec. 3 - 9)

You'll like some of the items on this week's Weekly Deals list.  I love the variety of flowers you can make with the Fun Flowers Bigz Die.  And remember with the black, steel-ruled dies you can cut through lots of different items.  Imagine the cute projects you could make with fabric flowers!

I often use the scallop punch when making quick, little treats such as this.  It made the "iceberg" under the penguin.  The "ocean" square is covering a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup.  You could attach the scallop directly onto a York Peppermint Patty (the silver edges would show some since they now are in a square wrapper, but I think that would look pretty).  If you attach the scallop on a round candy (the other type of peppermint patty or a sucker), the candy is hidden.

The penguin was made with the Owl Punch.  I used the retired small oval punch for the wings, but my customer, Karen Kline, brought an adorable card she made she used the wings from the Bird Punch.
