Fun Fold Cards

I know the SAB items are no longer available and some of the other items are retiring in a few hours, but I found these pics as I was cleaning my hard drive and thought they might interest you. You can substitute current products and try your own card of this style.

Here are two cards of the same style. For each the sequence of photos is the same - closed, the top flap open, and then all the way open.

Supplies: Petite Petals stamps and punch, Bloomin' Love stamp set, SAB DSP, and coordinating cardstock and ink.

Supplies: Picture Perfect stamp set, Cups & Kettles framelits, Timeless Textures stamp set, SAB DSP, and coordinating cardstock and ink.

My First Card In A Box

I've wanted to make a Card in a Box for a while and I finally got the chance. I think it turned out pretty cute, if I do say so myself. You can make this card next week at one of the two classes I'll be having.
 Supplies:

Stamps:  Papillon Potpourri, Petite Petals, Flower Shop, Perfect Pennants
Cardstock: Crushed Curry, Garden Green, Whisper White
Designer Series Paper (DSP): Flower Pot
Ink: Blushing Bride, Crushed Curry, Lost Lagoon, Night of Navy, Tangerine Tango
Punches:  Pansy, Elegant Butterfly

Here's the card laying flat:

This is the back, where you can write a message:
If you'd like to learn to make this card, sign up for one of the classes next week. You can see details here. Be sure to reserve your spot because spaces are limited. Hope you can come.

And don't forget, all DSP, including the one used on today's card, is on sale this month. Buy 3 packs DSP and get 1 free.

TSSC 307 Flower Sympathy Card

Here's my design team sample for this week's Techno Stamper Sketch Challenge. I have to confess that I've become spoiled. I love having a punch or framelit to cut out my images. Having the matching punches made this card a breeze.

Here's the sketch:

Card Details:

Stamps: Blessings From Heaven, Flower Shop, Petite Petals,
Cardstock: Calypso Coral, Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Very Vanilla
Ink: Calypso Coral
Punches: Pansy, Petite Petals

This is a sympathy card with another stamp from Blessings From Heaven on the inside. That one says: May your memories bring you peace.  Under that stamp I added a sympathy stamp. The one I used is retired, but the Stampin' Up! set, Love and Sympathy, has a pretty one that simply says, "Sending Love and Sympathy."

Now it's time to head to the TSSC site so you can see the other design team samples and link your entry. Hope you'll play along this week!
