I used the Heart Framelits to make a Valentine ornament.
I cut the large, scalloped framelit 6 times from Real Red cardstock. Then I cut the next smaller one three times from Whisper White cardstock. I stamped the Whisper White hearts with the heart stamp from Confetti. I attached the Whisper White hearts to 3 of the Real Red hearts. I folded each of the hearts in half and attached them back to back (1/2 of one heart to 1/2 of another heart; the other 1/2 of the heart to the heart on the other side). I put three together and then the other three together. I made a large loop of Whisper White 1/4" grosgrain ribbon and fixed it between the two parts before attaching them together to make a full heart.
The top heart:
Then I stamped 6 hearts using a stamp from Take It To Heart. I cut those out using the appropriate sized Heart Framelit. Then I used the smallest Heart Framelit to cut out 6 Real Red hearts. I attached each of those back to back as I did the largest heart.
Closeup of the smaller hearts:
As you can see, I attached the big hearts alternating solid and stamped. I also frayed the bottom of the Whisper White ribbon. Here's a view from the red side.
